- Take the ramp to MA-1A S
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-93/MA-1A and merge onto MA-1A S Partial toll road
- Take the US-1/MA-1A/MA-3 exit toward I-93
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-93 and merge onto I-93 N
- Take exit 37B to merge onto I-95 S/MA-128 S toward Waltham
- Take exit 35 for MA-38 toward Woburn/Wilmington
- At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto MA-38/Main St
- Turn left at Alfred St
- Continue on Baldwin Green Common
- Baldwin Green Common turns slightly left and becomes Sylvan Rd
- Follow Sylvan to the TradeCenter building. Turn into the building and proceed through the front arch
- Park outside or in the parking structure. Parking is free
- Head up to the fifth floor, Suite 5500, at the bend in the endless hallway
