EveryZing Platform Will Be Used to Drive Higher Media Consumption and Enhance Consumer Experience
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. –June 18, 2007 – EveryZing, whose Digital Media Merchandising Platform drives multimedia discovery for the search economy, today announced that Entercom Communications is integrating EveryZing into several of its official radio station web sites to offer improved search and navigation of its premium online content.
Entercom will use EveryZing’s powerful speech-to-text, search and optimization technologies to provide their loyal audience with enhanced online access to programming and overall, a superior user experience. Employing search terms and topic categorization, Entercom’s audiences can now navigate across and into specific shows, allowing users to dig further into content that is most relevant for them. Additionally, EveryZing enriches contextual advertising and increases revenue opportunities through robust ad targeting.
In September 2006, Entercom launched EveryZing’s search and navigation on WEEI-AM Boston, the top-ranked sports radio station in the country. This roll-out was hugely successful with a significant increase in traffic and listener interaction over a six-month span, prompting Entercom to begin to roll out this service to additional stations.
